CS 3291 (Java with Internet Applications):
How to Submit Homework
Basic procedure
The procedure I want you to use for submitting homework
is simple: E-mail the file containing the program source
to (bmassing@trinity.edu),
with a subject header that includes the course number (CS 3291) and
the homework number -- e.g., "cs 3291 hw1" for the first homework.
You can put your program source directly into the body of
the mail (as plain ASCII) or send it as an attachment.
You may send multiple copies; only the last one received will
be graded.
Helpful hints
- Be sure your name appears in your program source,
so I know whom to credit.
- If you send program source directly in the body of the mail,
be sure whatever technique you use to put the code
in the message doesn't mangle the code.
Problems I have seen include long lines being wrapped
(with bad results if they include string constants) and
signatures, etc., being appended.
