As with the other recent assignments, you get some options on what you do for this assignment. Here are your options. Pick one.

• Do an MD simulation of some molecules.
• Do two problems from chapter 9.
• Take an earlier simulation you did an optimize it.
• Spend some time doing a detailed data analysis on the output of any earlier simulation.
